Each piece has been hand thrown on the potter’s wheel using a variety of local stoneware clays with different textures and colours.
All glazes used are unique. Sarah Dannesboe has developed her own palette of durable, food-safe glazes inspired by the ever changing colours of the sea and the local Danish coast.
The studio practices are environmentally sustainable promoting the reduction of the studio’s carbon footprint, reclaiming, reusing and recycling whenever possible.
