All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions below.

Shipping & Returns

Orders will be shipped within one week unless advised otherwise. Shipping includes tracking and insurance. We are only able to provide the tracking information that the shipping company shares with us.

Sarah Dannesboe is not responsible for a package once it has been handed over to the postal courier. Should your goods become lost, stolen, marked as delivered but missing, delayed, not showing tracking progress or any other shipping variation, this is no longer our responsibility and must be handled by the customer and shipping company.

All sales made via the website are considered final, once an order is placed cancellation or return options are possible for 14 days after receipt.

Should your item be damaged in the mail, please contact Sarah Dannesboe within 3 days of arrival with photos and order number and we will arrange a replacement or a refund with the carrier. After this timeframe, we are unable to assist with refunds.

Prices include Danish VAT and exclude shipping. Buyers are responsible for any taxes or customs duties that may apply in their countries. If you choose to refuse delivery, there will be no refund if your parcel is returned to Sarah Dannesboe.

Shipping Costs

I am happy to explore other shipping companies, currently options are with the Danish national post PostNord as below :

Within Denmark : 65DKK - 115DKK depending on the weight up to 20 kg.

Europe : 96DKK to 685DKK for 500g to 20kg

International : 275DKK to 517DKK for 500g to 5kg, 1648DKK for up to 20kg.

Returns

All sales are final. As a small, handmade producer, I am happy to help with any queries before purchasing as I cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. Please note that as handmade products there can be differences therefore note all dimensions prior to placing an order.

Unika

Please note that you are purchasing a handmade, one-of-a-kind item which means you can expect variations in size and colour with subtle differences from one item to the next that are part of the handmade process. Each kiln firing may vary which can further affect items.

Care

Ceramic objects can be enjoyed for generations with the right care.

Stoneware items are perfect for every day use, but may vary slightly over time.

All items are dishwasher proof although for the best care it is advisable to wash your pots by hand and avoid strong staining products and foods.

Lighter coloured glazes may show some subtle cutlery marks over time especially if scraped vigorously.

Packaging

Packaging is as sustainable as possible, wherever possible packaging is reused, so you may find a mixture of packaging materials ensuring that your purchase is not damaged.
